600 Ton Minster Straight Side Mechanical Press: 96" x 42" Bed Area, 8" Stroke, 38" Shut Height, 30-60 SPM
I. Prep for disassembly.
II. Clutch, brake and flywheel
A. Disassemble, clean and inspect.
B. Skim cut all friction plates to clean up.
C. Clean and deglaze clutch linings, reline (2) brake plates.
D. Deburr clutch and brake splined hubs.
E. Deburr splines on all friction and lined plates.
F. Reassemble with new seals and packings.
G. Inspect flywheel bearings and advise on condition. Flush out and clean if suitable for reuse.
H. Furnish new seal for air swivel.
III. Counterbalance cylinders (2)
A. Remove from columns.
B. Disassemble, clean and inspect.
D. Reassemble with new seals and packings.
E. Reinstall into columns.

VI. Slide assembly
A. Disassemble, clean and inspect.
B. Adjustment assemblies; Inspect for worn conditions and advise, deburr adjustment nuts and screws to assure full length free travel. Wet polish wristpins.
C. Hand work gibbs and wearstrips. Reflake gibbs.
D. Prime paint slide interior.
E. Reassemble all components into slide and set screw heights alike.

V. Lubrication and Air System
A. Check lube pump and motor to make sure in good working order. Advise on Condition.
B. Replace all air filters and regulators, for counterbalances, clutch/brake
C. Check condition of all lubrication metering blocks, and advise. Clean existing lubrication blocks
D. Check all lube lines and make sure that press is receiving proper lubrication.
E. Test lubrication system and make sure that everything is working properly.
