Rygate LLC – Course of Action for Buying Stamping or Feed Equipment

At Rygate LLC, our process ensures that every piece of stamping or feed equipment we sell is inspected, upgraded, and verified for quality before reaching your facility. Below is our detailed step-by-step approach to buying equipment with confidence.

STEP 1
INSPECTION & ADVICE

Every press and feed system at Rygate LLC is carefully evaluated for overall condition before purchase. Our team documents any mechanical, electrical, or lubrication issues and identifies potential repairs, upgrades, or control enhancements. A written inspection report and cost estimate are provided for review and approval.

STEP 2
REPAIRS AND UPGRADES

Once the customer selects a course of action, all work is performed by certified Rygate technicians. This includes repairs to mechanical, air, and lubrication systems, refurbishment of electrical controls, and optional servo or automation upgrades. Custom paint and finishing restore the equipment to a like-new appearance.

STEP 3
RUNOFF & FINAL VERIFICATION

After all work is completed, the equipment undergoes a final inspection and operational test. Every function is checked and documented. The machinery is then available for live demonstration under power at our Livonia, Michigan facility, giving customers confidence before shipment.
