400 Ton Niagara Straight Side Twin End Backshaft Driven Mechanical Press

Air Counterbalance Cylinders
- Remove from Crown
- Disassemble, clean, inspect, adivse.
- Polish cylinder, piston, and rod
- Advise on condition of guide bushing. replace if required
- Reassemble with new packings and seals
- Pressure test

Clutch Assembly
- Remove from Crown
- Disassemble, clean, inspect, and advise
- Review all findings with Eckmannn Custom Products personnel
- Polish cylinder and piston as required
- Deburr all spline teeth as required
- Check Clutch hub for proper fit and advise if replacement is required
- Replace with new clutch linings
- Skim cut or grind all friction surfaces as required
- Reassemble with new seals, springs, and packings
- Reinstall Clutch onto press

Brake Assembly
- Remove Brake from Crown
- Disassemble, clean, inspect, and advise
- Review all findings with Eckmann Custom Products personnel
- Polish cylinder and piston as required
- Deburr all spline teeth as required
- Check Brake Shroud for proper fit and advise if replacement is required
- Replace with new Brake linings
- Skim cut or grind all friction surfaces as required
- Reassemble with new seals, springs, and packings
- Reinstall Brake onto press
