400 Ton Minster Hevistamper, Model #: E2-400-60-48, 60" x 48" bed, 6" stroke, 35-70 SPM, 28" Shut Height, 24" wide window, Completely Rebuilt
I. Onsite Disassembly:
A. Remove both counterbalance cylinders from press.
B. Remove both front gibs, (2) upper connection caps and slide assembly from press.
C. Unfasten and remove flywheel brake.
D. Remove covers and remove clutch/brake from press.
II. Load out all components and transport to SMR.
III. Known repairs found during inspection:
A. Counterbalance Cylinders:
1. Disassemble, clean, and inspect.
2. Superb to hone cylinder, polish rod and piston, furnish new packings and seals.
3. Reassemble complete and pressure test.
B. Slide Assembly/Links:
1. Remove links and adjustment screws from slide.
2. L.H and R.H. upper connection, furnish material, machine and split. Install and fasten into link and cap. Assemble and finish bore.
3. Both lower connections found to have .010 to .012 over recommended clearance between wrist pin and bushings. Furnish material, machine, install and fit bushings to (2) new wrist pins.
4. Reassemble adjustment screws into nuts/housings.
5. Install links into screws and assemble wrist pin into bores.
C. Clutch/Brake Assembly:
1. Disassemble, clean, and inspect all components for wear and dimensional integrity.
2. Superb to machine all friction plate surfaces to minimum cleanup.
3. Install all new linings on clutch and brake.
4. Set up piston/cylinders and polish diameters.
5. Furnish all new packings and seals.
6. Reassemble complete and verify stroke.
D. Flywheel Brake:
1. Disassemble, clean an inspect.
2. Lightly hone cylinder and polish piston rod.
3. Install new lining.
4. Reassemble complete, pressure test, and verify operation.
IV. Load out and deliver to Rygate LLC.
V. Onsite Assembly:
A. Furnish servicemen to install counterbalance cylinders, slide assembly, gibs, flywheel brake and guarding.
B. Startup press, level slide and adjust gibs.
VI. Complete Update of Lubrication and Air system; includes a new lube pump and motor, go through metering blocks and make sure all in good operating order, replace any lines that require replacement. Update Air Filters and Regulators for counterbalances, clutch/brake, etc.. Test run to make sure everything is functioning properly.

Superb Honed Cylinders, polish rod and piston, furnish new Packings and Seals
Reassemble Complete and pressure test
Slide Assembly & Links;
Remove Links and Adjustment Screws to Slide
LH and RH Upper connection Links, replaced with New Bronze material;
Machine and Split and install and fasten into link cap. Assembly and finish bore.
Both Lower Connection bushings and wrist pins were replaced with new Material
Reassemble Adjustment Screws into Nuts/Housings
Install Links into Screws and Assemble Wrist Pin into Bores
Clutch/Brake Assembly;
Disassemble, Clean and Inspect all Components for wear and Dimensional integrity
Superb Machine all friction plates surfaces to minimum clean up
Install all new Linings on Clutch and Brake
Set up Piston/Cylinders and Polish Diameters
Furnish New Packings and Seals and reassemble and confirm in proper working order

Install a new lining, reassemble and pressure test to verify proper operation
