REBUILT 300 Ton Verson SSDC Press

1) Complete Clutch/Brake rebuild, with all new seal and packing, liners for clutch and brake and new springs. Reassembled and tested and warranted.

2) Complete rebuild of (2) Air Counterbalances with all new seals, packings, guide bushings, etc..

3) Slide Assembly disassembled and replace all wrist pin bushings and fit to wrist pins. Go through the entire adjustment housings and make sure that everything is in good working order.

4) Update the entire lubrication and air system, replace any lube lines or air regulators and filters. Test pump and motor and make sure everything is in good working order.

5) Complete disassembly of crown assembly; with replacement of connection arm bushings and main bushings. Remachine both connection arms to ensure that everything is machined to new clearances.

Note: This quoted price does not include any work being performed on the electrical controls. The controls are original relay logic, with some Wintriss components added through the years, and should require upgrade/replacement.

Warranty: Full 6 month on all work mechanical work performed.
