Complete Rebuilt of Clutch/Brake Assembly
Replace Clutch Hub with a New Hub
Machined/Heat Treated/ Installed
All New Liners for clutch and brake assembly
All New bearings, seals, packings, and springs
Slide Assembly;
Complete tore down and cleaned up all slide adjustment components
Replaced Ball Seat and Remachined Ball to fit with proper clearance
Cleaned up barrels and Adjustment Screws and reinstalled
Checked Adjustment Nuts and insured a proper clearance fit
Machined Bottom of Slide to Parallel
Prime Painted Ram interior and reassembled all components
Remachined all Gibb Assemblies to Parallel
Remachined top and bottom of Bolster Plate
Replaced Upper Connection Bushings with New Bronze material
Fit to Connection Arms and installed onto crankshaft
Replaced all Lubrication Components with new Metering Blocks
Replaced with New Lube Pump and Motor assembly
