500 TON NIAGARA STRAIGHT SIDE BACKSHAFT TWIN END DRIVE MECHANICAL PRESS, Completely Mechanically Reconditioned, all new Recirculating Trabon Lubrication System, New Toledo Integrated Systems Press Controller.
1) Completely Rebuilt Clutch Brake Assembly, all new liners, springs, packings, all perishables will be replaced
2) Go through Slide Assembly and replaced ball seats, with new seats, and machined balls to match new seats, check all components in slide adjustment for proper working order. Replace any wearables, and reinstall and level slide to make sure in good working order.
3) Remachined top and bottom of bolster plate.
4) Remachined bottom of slide assembly
5) Remachined all gibbs and installed wear strips on slide assembly
6) Replaced clutch hub with new hub.
7) Go through entire lubrication and air system and make sure everything is in good working order. Replaced all lubrication metering blocks, lube pump and motor, and all filters and regulators. Replaced all fittings or lubrication lines. Test run lube pump and motor to make sure it is properly functioning.
8) Rebuild Counterbalances, with all new packings, seals and guide bushings.
9) Replaced Connection Arm bushings, Upper, with all new bushings, fit and reassembled into crown assembly.
Warranty: All work performed is warranted for 6 months

Remachined top and bottom of Bolster Plate
Replaced Upper Connection Bushings with New Bronze material
Fit to Connection Arms and installed onto crankshaft
Replaced all Lubrication Components with new Metering Blocks
Replaced with New Lube Pump and Motor assembly
