Rebuild Work Performed;

I.Removed slide, clutch/brake, counter balance and bull gear cover from press. Inspect all components.

II. Counter balance cylinders – disassemble, clean, polish cylinders, pistons and rods. Reassemble with new seals and packings.

III. Slide – disassemble and clean. Deburr and chase threads on adjustment screws and nuts to assure free full length travel. Remachine nut faces and housings to restore proper clearance. Polish worm shafts and furnish new worm shaft bearings on right hand side. Hand work and flake wear strips.

IV. Pitman connections – furnish new wristpin bushings, replace left hand throw bushing and hand work right hand throw bushing. Polish wristpins, fit to connections and adjustment screws.

V. Bull gear and crankshaft – minimal wear on main bushings, polish crankshaft throw diameters. Bull gear teeth inspected, minimal wear, satisfactory. Bull gear keys and keyways inspected, no wear found. Bull gear guard to be reinstalled with new seals.

VI. Clutch/brake and back shaft assembly. Furnish and install new Ortlinghaus clutch/brake. Replace one pillow block bearing. Deburr pinion gear and refit key. Reassemble all components onto shaft with new oil seals as required.

VII. Reassemble all components back onto press.

VIII. Lubrication system – clean and flush out system. Replace pinched and damaged fittings, hoses and tubing as required. Test system to assure lube to all points.

IX. Pneumatic system – replace filters, regulators and lubricators as required. Repair any damaged or leaking pipe work. Remove non-required piping.

X. Level slide, set gibbs and test run for customer approval.

XI. Clean and wipe down entire press and painted.

XII. Install of a new Toledo Technologies PLC Clutch/Brake Control. Includes integration with the existing motor starters and variable speed drive and hook up and runoff prior to shipment.
