Rygate’s 30-Day Return Policy
As a proud member of the Machinery Dealers National Association (MDNA), Rygate LLC provides all customers with a 30-day return privilege on every machine sold. This policy reflects our commitment to honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
If any equipment purchased from Rygate is found to be mechanically unsatisfactory, it may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund or repair, as outlined by the MDNA 30-Day Return Privilege. Equipment must be returned freight prepaid and in the same condition as when shipped.

To qualify for return:
- The equipment must be returned freight prepaid by the Purchaser.
- The equipment must be returned in the same condition as when shipped by the Seller.
- The return must occur within 30 days of shipment.
Rygate LLC reserves the option to either repair the goods or refund the full purchase price to the Purchaser.

At Rygate LLC, we take pride in the quality of our workmanship and stand behind every repair, rebuild, and installation we perform.
Rygate provides a 6-Month Limited Warranty on all work completed by our technicians. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and labor under normal use and proper maintenance for six months from the date of service or shipment.
If an issue arises within this period, Rygate will repair or correct the problem at no additional cost, provided the work was performed by Rygate or an authorized service partner.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, or issues unrelated to the work we performed.
To start a claim, customers should contact Rygate LLC in writing within the warranty period, including machine details and documentation for review.

MDNA 30-Day Return Privilege
If Rygate LLC, as the Seller, provides the Purchaser a 30-day return privilege in writing on the invoice, the goods may be returned for the purchase price if they are found to be mechanically unsatisfactory.

Machines are cleaned, painted, and tested under power, with minor repairs performed as needed. Inspection is available in person or via live video.

Rygate LLC – Limited 6-Month Warranty Policy
At Rygate LLC, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and our commitment to customer satisfaction. In addition to the MDNA 30-Day Return Privilege, Rygate provides a 6-Month Limited Warranty on all work performed by our technicians.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to any repairs, refurbishments, rebuilds, or installations completed by Rygate LLC and covers defects in workmanship and labor under normal use and proper maintenance for a period of six (6) months from the date of shipment or completion of service.
During the warranty period, Rygate LLC will, at its discretion:
- Repair or replace defective components related to the work performed, or
- Correct workmanship issues at no additional charge to the customer.
All warranty work must be performed by Rygate LLC or an authorized service provider approved in writing by Rygate.
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear of components
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or lack of maintenance
- Electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical failures unrelated to the work performed by Rygate
- Equipment modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Rygate LLC without prior authorization
Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must notify Rygate LLC in writing within the warranty period, providing details of the issue, supporting documentation, and machine identification information. Rygate reserves the right to inspect the equipment prior to approving any warranty work.
